Sensor Issues Troubleshooting
Temperature Sensor อ่านค่าผิด
- ตรวจ probe connection
- ตรวจ calibration offset
- ตรวจว่า probe อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ถูกต้อง
Pressure Sensor ค่าเป็น 0
- ตรวจ power supply (4-20mA loop)
- ตรวจ wiring — ต่อถูก terminal หรือไม่
- ตรวจ range — sensor rating vs actual pressure
Water Level Sensor ไม่ทำงาน
- ตรวจ power supply
- ตรวจ ultrasonic sensor face — ต้องไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวาง
- ตรวจ mounting angle — ต้องตั้งฉากกับผิวน้ำ
