How it works

Phase 1 · Semi-Auto
  1. Customer messages Momo Space OA on LINE
  2. LINE sends webhook to POST /api/webhook/line
  3. Acknowledgment short-circuit catches "ขอบคุณ/OK/thanks" (10ms reply, no AI)
  4. SalesBot processes with Anthropic Haiku + tools (5-10s)
  5. Reply sent back via replyToken → unlimited, free
  6. Bot collects customer info (name, company, phone, product, qty)
  7. When customer wants a QT → bot acknowledges + alerts sales group (no auto-draft)
  8. Sale member creates QT in ERP and sends it to the customer via LINE OA Manager manually
💡 Phase 2 (future): Bot will draft the QT itself, staff types /approve QT-XXX <price>, bot auto-pushes the QT to the customer.
